The Tradition
R. L. Dunham Insurance & Real Estate was established in 1945 at the building that now houses Lowry-Dunham, Case & Vivien Insurance and LDCV Realty. Mr. Dunham purchased the insurance company in 1928, but it has been in the same family since 1901. Broker/Owner Katie Case is carrying on the real estate legacy with LDCV Realty, established 2018.

Mrs. Case is excited to resurrect this lost chapter of Lowry-Dunham, Case & Vivien. As a seasoned real estate professional, she understands the value of trust; the importance of communication; and the measure of good relationships. She looks forward to serving you.

Katie Case
I have been in real estate for over a decade. My father was an appraiser, a mortgage broker and currently an active broker. He taught me the value of a person’s time and the importance of communication. The wisdom of my father, along with being mentored by the Gulf Coast’s top real estate agents, have made me the agent I am today – an agent who is trustworthy, honest and communicative.
